Detailed Eligibility:
GenC – Programmer Analyst Trainee (PAT):
- Candidates graduating in 2023 & 2024 of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MSc with JLPT certification N1/N2/N3 (any one certification)
- Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (all subjects will be taken into consideration) calculated as – Aggregate% = sum of all subjects’ marks scored / total no. of subjects (as of last semester result declared)
Skills Required
- Should be Japanese Language certified in any one of JLPT N1/N2/N3 and should be able to read & write in Japanese Kanji scripts.
- Must possess analytical skills and must be proactive.
- Should be able to interpret Japanese conversations (written or oral) and understand requirements.
- Must possess excellent English written and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
- Good to have programming skills in Java, Python.
Job description
- Candidate must be able to converse, read and write in Japanese.
- Comprehend business requirements in English/Japanese languages, raise clarifications, create understanding document.
- Ensure to understand the requirement completely by asking questions in Japanese Language.
- Report problems/issues/defects for the systems under test, in Japanese language.
- Identify and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Proactively address issues and mitigate points of failure.
- Taking ownership to deliver on goals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in Japanese language community sessions to improve language skills.
- Participate as a member of project team in meetings and technical sessions to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions.
- Continuously upskill/reskill and cross skill to scale up to new technologies.
- Ability to work coherently in a team.
