National Payments Corporation Of India (NPCI) IS HIRING FOR Insights Analyst

 

 

 

Job  Responsibilities:

1. Working with the Analytics leads to define clear business requirements for data analysis projects 2. Deep-dive and investigate on key questions posed by analytics leads

3. Extracting, cleaning and preparing data for analysis using PL/SQL

4. Performing exploratory data analysis (EDA)

5. Interpreting data, formulating hypotheses and developing an analytical approach to generate data driven insights

6. Drawing a concise picture of results highlighting important aspects of findings

7. Developing reports and dashboards using Tableau or any visualization tool

8. Work with the story writers to publish >=4 snippets and long form articles per month

Major  Skills:

1. Knowledge of statistical methods like hypotheses testing, regression, classification, forecasting

2. Familiarity with probability theory, normal distribution, data types

3. Aware about applicability of the variety of graphical visualizations

4. Experience on advanced analytics methodologies and data science techniques to gather more powerful, accurate and quality insights from data

5. Proficient in developing optimized programming logic and proven ability in PL/SQL

6. Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports in Tableau, Superset

7. Ability to communicate insights and results of data analyses by producing written reports, dashboards

8. Strong data & analytical skills and ability to connect analytics and strategic thinking

Qualifications:

1. MBA Finance/ Marketing/ Business Analytics/ International Business, MA in Maths, Stats, Economics, Business Economics, Financial Economics

2. B.Tech., B.E., B.A./BSc. in Maths, Stats, Economics, Business Economics, Business Administration

3. Degree/ diploma/ certificate in Data Science and Data Analytics is a plus

4. Demonstrable skill in programming
