RELATIENT IS HIRING: TECHNICAL ANALYST (1+ YRS OF EXP)

Eligibility:

Qualification: Bachelor’s diploma or equivalent enjoy in lieu of a diploma is required.
* 1+ years of experience in a customer service function, ideally in a technical help role.
* Some experience with SQL (Basic Queries), or Advanced SQL (e.g. Joins).
* Basic knowledge of programming / scripting language(s).
* Resolve customer lawsuits and product troubleshooting via cellphone, email, and/or aid cases.
* Submit and assign aid cases to the right department.
* Monitor support portal and keep consumer updated on reputation of case(s).
