Reliance is Conducting Graduate Engineer Trainee (Get) Program 2024

Detailed Eligibility:

RIL Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program:

• Freshers with full-time B.Tech/B.E. degrees from any AICTE approved institute, graduating in 2024, in the field of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
• An aggregate of 60% / 6.0 CGPA and above score in Engineering (up to 7th Semester/ Graduation).
• At least 60% in 10th, 12th , or Diploma (if applicable)
• Good oral and written communication
• Conceptual clarity and a desire to build a career in Reliance.

Important note: The final appointment will be subject to the successful completion of the degree examination with a minimum aggregate score of 6 CGPA or 60% with no active backlog, no cases of detention and clearance of Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) examination held by RIL.

Selection Process:

The steps leading to selection include:

• Assessment: Shortlisted students will go through the online assessment (Cognitive Test + Subject Matter)
• Interviews: Further shortlisted candidates will go through a personal interview round
• Final Selection: Students will receive a final update on their candidature By End of March 2024

Remuneration for IIT Graduates

• On Joining: Fixed Pay of INR 9.00 lakh per annum.
• After 12 Months: Fixed Pay increases to INR 9.50 lakh per annum & Annual Cash Bonus (ACB): INR 1.05 lakh per annum.
• One-Time Deferred Bonus: INR 5 lakh on completion of two years post confirmation.

Remuneration for Non-IIT Graduates

• On Joining: Fixed Pay of INR 7.50 lakh per annum.
• After 12 Months: Fixed Pay increases to INR 8.00 lakh per annum & Annual Cash Bonus (ACB): INR 0.88 lakh per annum.
• One-Time Deferred Bonus: INR 3 lakh on completion of two years post confirmation.

Note:

• Only GETs who successfully complete their training and assessment will be eligible for confirmation.
• Post confirmation, GETs will become eligible for annual increment and ACB, as per company policy.
