Job Description
Your role will involve:
- Managing daily creation and updates for customer and vendor accounts, including requests from third parties and intra-company teams. This includes processing urgent requests when necessary, resolving discrepancies by collaborating with requestors, and providing support to the team as needed.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Ensuring accurate accounting practices and maintaining control over all processing activities.
- Applying knowledge of various quality methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
