Java Developer:
Education:

Bachelor of Computer Application, Bachelor of Computer Science, Bachelor of Engineering
Experience:

3 – 10 Years
Preferred Skills:

Proficient in PostgreSQL, including stored procedures, functions, rules, and triggers.
Experience with automation on databases.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all stages of design, development, and deployment of applications.
  • Ensure designs comply with specifications
  • Define and construct server-side objects and client-side interfaces based on J2EE design patterns.
  • Implement business layers using Spring MVC components and utilize Spring Boot for microservices.
  • Deep understanding of Java and JEE internals (class loading, memory management, transaction management, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Spring AOP, Security, Event Handling, Spring MVC, and Spring IOC Container.
  • Utilize Spring Ribbon for load balancing and implement fail-safe methods using the Circuit Breaker pattern with Hystrix/Dashboard for microservice applications.

Dot Net Developer:
Education:

Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Hospital Management
Experience:

3 – 10 Years
Key Skills:

Extensive experience in software development with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, EF, and .NET Core.
Proficient in developing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure APIM, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure Logic Apps.
Experience in building web UIs using Blazor.

Windows VMWare Specialist:
Education:

Bachelor of Engineering
Experience:

3 – 10 Years
Key Skills:

  • Expertise in creating and troubleshooting Active Directory domain trusts.
  • Managing directory infrastructure, including FSMO roles, trusts, Kerberos, KDCs, and replication topology.
  • Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues with Microsoft Active Directory (2008 and 2012).
  • Experience with Windows/VMware Active Directory and granular level permissions, schema updates, and AD OU design.
  • Performing operations and maintenance for multiple networks, server maintenance, and administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory concepts, security groups, delegation, OU structure, object types, and attributes.
  • Ability to create and manage Group Policies, including precedence, enforcement, and blocking.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (v3.0 – v5.0).
  • Monitoring and reporting on domain reliability and security.
  • Thorough understanding of DNS configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
  • General understanding of Active Directory permissions delegation and inheritance.
  • Knowledge of DFS/DFSR technologies.
  • Understanding OS layer infrastructure requirements and troubleshooting (e.g., patching, KMS activation, RDP licensing, time keeping for Microsoft clients).
  • Excellent customer service for clients and team members.

Network Engineer:
Education:

Bachelor of Computer Application, Bachelor of Computer Science, Bachelor of Engineering
Experience:

3 – 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, network implementation, firewall settings, and network troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls such as Palo Alto and FortiGate.
  • Experience with FortiCloud and Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Sentinel).
  • Conduct root cause analysis and assist with network, firewall, PC, and Windows OS issues.
  • Understanding of network architecture and protocols.
  • Knowledge of various operating systems and platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with NGFW device deployment.
Exposure to Windows Administration.
Understanding of VDI infrastructure.
Experience with networks (LAN, WAN, and patch management

Service Desk Specialist:
Education:

Bachelor of Engineering
Experience:

3 – 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:

Take calls from global customers, providing responses that are positive, professional, and aimed at achieving customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and OS-related queries over the phone, adapting to different time zones.
Required Skills:

  • Over 2 years of experience in call handling.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting in infrastructure environments, including operating systems, hardware, data centers, security, networks, voice, and end-user and server/web-related applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills.
    Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Ability to keep up-to-date with continuous IT enhancements, tools, and processes within the internal knowledge base.
  • Experience in reviewing, triaging, responding, updating, and assigning tickets within a ticketing system.
  • Ability to simplify technical language for end users and troubleshoot issues effectively.
    Understanding of technical details to determine root cause and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
