Role Overview:

* Provides technical help to field engineers, technicians, and product help personnel diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging Network Security Products.
* Responds to conditions where first-line product help has did not isolate or restore troubles in malfunctioning software program.
* Reports layout, reliability and preservation problems or insects to layout engineering/software engineering.
* Provides assist to clients/users in which the product is rather technical or state-of-the-art.
* Customer Success Engineer Intern provides end-to-quit technical support for Trellix clients and is chargeable for imparting technical carrier of fault recording, diagnosis, trouble-solving, and determination shipping for the Trellix purchaser base.
