JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with a positive, can-do” attitude.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented: You are the one that finds a needle in a haystack
• A Multi-tasker: You are able to work with multi-tasking skills and prioritization in a constantly changing environment.
• Meet strict TAT/SLAs, production and quality targets
• Adhere to Company policies
• Flexible as per business requirements, extended shifts, Night shifts and work from office
• Manage a large loan queue in a timely fashion.
• Knowledge on US Mortgage
• Understanding of Various Mortgage documents: Mortgage, Deeds, Tax Etc.
• minimum 6 months experience in relevant process.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge

EXPERIENCE:

1 TO 6 years experience required
